On the home page you will find case intros on current court cases in the news and very likely to be televised. Many of your fellow members track these cases via video feeds on either the KTLA or CourtTV (CTV) web sites. You may have noticed that we have links to the KTLA site in the menu bar. Clicking the link will take you to their site and their video feeds. During a trial many members will have the video feeds open as they discuss the case in real time here at J13.

Each of the case intros shown on the home page link to case files where you can read the latest public information available on the case. We have pulled this information from many other sites and summarized it. Click on the “read more…” link at the bottom of the case intro to see a case file. Each case file will contain links to the original sources of the information. As new information becomes available you may see the word Update displayed in red letters. This is an indication that new information has been added to the file.

As cases are concluded their intros are moved to the Archives. They and their case files will remain available on the site for a period of time for those of you interested in the case outcome. Eventually both the case intro and its case file will be removed to make room for other cases as they conclude.
