We provide the forums as a place where you can share your own case insights and information with the other members. Contributing to the forums is restricted to members only so you must log in if you wish to contribute. Topics have been organized into groups to indicate the type of information a viewer can expect to find there.

As you might expect we have groups for current and past cases but we have other groups as well. The “Announcements” group is strictly for site related information and is not open for general posting. Look here for instructions and notifications relating to the site from the site admin. The “Other Discussions” group is for general topics not related to a case. This is a good place to post information that applies to all cases or the court system. Finally, when you find you need a little mood boost from such serious topics, we have “The Lighter Side”. We invite you to post your favorite jokes here. They don’t have to be court or law related but if they are so much the better.

If you have something to post but you don’t find an appropriate topic for it then go to the  menu bar and under the “Contact Us” option, click on “Suggestions “ and send an email request for a new topic. We want to insure that our topics are what our members want to see.

There are additional options in the forums that may not be as obvious as the topics. When you are logged into the site you see these options in the upper right-hand corner of the forums. The first one to look at is the “My Profile” option. Here you are invited to tell us a little about yourself and to upload a 60 X 60 image to act as your avatar. Nothing is required and you can provide as much or as little information as you like. This information is available to the other members when they click on the “Members” option. Take note of the “Allow Email” check box. Check this box if you want to receive email from the other members. Your email address is never published on this site! Instead, when a member chooses to email you, we provide a place for them to enter their message and then we relay that message in an email to you from our site. The other member never sees your email address.

As mentioned, the other notable option is the “Members” option. Here you will find information about the other members, if they have chosen to share it. This is also the place where you can send a member an email if they are willing to receive it.
