Justice For Becca!!
We, the family of Becca McEvoy, are asking for help to bring JUSTICE FOR BECCA!!
Rebecca Lynn McEvoy was a beautiful little girl that died, at the age 11, in a car wreck, while awaiting the Grand Jury to have her stepdad, a police officer that raped & sodomized her repeatedly for over a year of her short little life, put behind bars.
Now, due to Becca McEvoy's death Bob Ingle, her rapist, is trying to use her death to benefit himself once more. He & his attorneys are trying to use the Crawford vs. Washington law to site that due to Becca's death their client’s rights are being violated, because he has the right to confront his accuser.
There is too much evidence in this case to let Bob Ingle walk a free man. In Dec. 2006, a police report was filed, Becca underwent a grueling medical exam and was tortured by the memories of what Bob Ingle did to her, which by the way confirmed her truthfulness of this crime. There is an existing video tape of her testimony to counselors of what took place, there is a note that she wrote telling of what Bob Ingle did to her, and there's her previous confessions to at least 4 people of what Bob Ingle did to her.
There are also other alleged victims. I have been told by a lead investigator in this case that there were 20 victims but due to fear or the statue of limitations none of those will be of use here.
There is a substantial amount of evidence. If Bob Ingle is allowed to walk a free man, we believe, there will be other victims!! Becca fought to put this man away so no other child would ever have to endure the horror of this happening to them. Now we must be Becca's Voice!! Please don’t allow her voice to be silenced and a pedophile be released back into society to prey upon more children.
